At Love Beyond Jewelry our desire is to provide you with an enjoyable, hassle free experience. Therefore, we warrant our products to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the original purchase date. Shipping, handling, packaging and insurance fees are to be paid for by the customer. Repairs and replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the original dated sales receipt.
Any condition resulting from something other than ordinary normal wear or any activity for which the product was not intended.
Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from the purchase date. Claims for missing stones or plating defects must be made within 60 calendar days after the merchandise is received.

Any claims for defective merchandise returns must be packed safely and securely to prevent damage.
If the claim is justified, the item(s) will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a credit.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will be processed that day and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed Friday after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

All U.S. orders are shipped express via Fedex 2-Day shipping.
You will receive your package within 2 days of being processed and shipped. We can ship to anywhere in the world! All international orders are shipped via Fedex International Priority for $25. Once your package departs our facility, we are not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather, an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts or otherwise.

Product must be returned in new and salable condition. Returns or exchanges must be shipped back with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
