  • How quickly will my order be shipped?
    Orders placed on business days before 1 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following business day. Bracelets or anklets on the link chains may take up to 5 business days to ship.
  • How long will it take for my locket to arrive?
    All orders ship free via Fedex 2-day shipping. Overnight orders are offered to our customer for an additional cost, if placed before 1 PM EST.  Please refer to our Shipping section for more information.

    We offer international shipping for $25.00. We do not pay for any custom charges or international tax. 


    • How can I return or exchange an item?
      If you are not completely satisfied with your With You locket, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order completion date. Products must be in new and salable condition. Returns must be shipped back with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance options. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.


      • How do I care for my Love Beyond Jewelry?
        Our products are made of sterling silver and require simple steps to keep them looking their best. Please refer to our Product Care section for complete guidelines and instructions.


        • Are your lockets waterproof?
          While our photos are laminated for water resistance, we do not recommend submerging your locket in water.
        • Can my Love Beyond jewelry be repaired?
          It depends on the damage the piece has endured. We recommend bringing your piece to a qualified jewelry repair service for evaluation.


          • How can I get a photo sized correctly for my Love Beyond locket?
            We offer three options for your convenience.
              1. When making an online purchase, you can upload and size your photo on the product page. Love Beyond will print, cut, laminate and insert the photo so your locket arrives with your loved one already inside.
              2. If you purchased your locket from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer or email us at
              3. If you would like a new photo for your Love Beyond Locket, you can use our custom photo upload tool to purchase a new photo. Simply select the locket you own, upload and customize your photo, and we will mail a sized, laminated, and cut photo along with a glue dot to be installed into your locket.
          • I bought a locket from another company, can you make a photo to fit inside it?
            We only make photos to fit in our lockets. We do not make custom photos to fit inside other brands’ lockets. 
          • How can I get the best photo in my locket?
            Choose a high resolution photo and make sure there is enough of a background for the photo to be cropped into the shape of the locket. If you would like to use a photo with many people (more than 4), considering choosing one of our larger sized lockets. We do not recommend uploading an image over 1 MB, as it will take a while to upload in our system.
          • Can I change out the photo?
            Absolutely! The photos are placed with a semi-permanent glue dot into the locket which allows for you to remove and change the photo. You can order a new photo from our website.  If the photo is damaged when we received or within 30 days we can send you one at no charge. 
          • Can I order without a photo?
            That is fine. You can always place a photo only order later on the website. We would send you the photo with instructions on how to place it in perfectly. 
          • How much does a photo cost?
            A photo cost is $20.00.


            • What do I do if my Love Beyond jewelry is lost or stolen?
              Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. Please be sure to always check that your locket’s clasp is closed tightly and that your chain is secured.


              • Do you offer Gift Wrap service?
                Yes! We offer Gift Wrapping service for $5.99. The option is located on our checkout page.
              • Can I include a personalized message with my order?
                Yes, We can add a personalized message in your order for $5.99. The option is on our checkout page. 


                • Do we engrave?
                  We do not do engraving at this time, but hope in the future we do. Customers are able to take their locket to get engraved elsewhere but be aware our silver is rhodium plated and our rose gold/ yellow gold is over sterling silver. Our 14k lockets are perfect to engrave. 
                • What happens if I am missing stones in my locket?
                  If stones fall out or come missing within 30 days of purchase we will send a full replacement or refund. If it becomes missing after 30 days, we will send return damaged form and the customer will need to ship back items themselves. Once it is in our office and inspected we will send a replacement. 
                • What are my color options for the Locket? 
                  Some styles lockets come in Silver, Rose Gold Vermeil or Yellow Gold Vermeil
